Have you ever seen a goat wearing a coat?

Meet Tosca Leigh. She is a 4 year old Nigerian Dwarf goat. Each day she provides us with milk that we either drink fresh or make into cheese. Maria was excited to use milk from our very own farm for the cheese-making workshop she hosted for Slow Food Cache Valley, last fall. It is incredible to have this addition to our poultry farm. Soon we'll introduce you to our yearlings so you can keep up with them too!
